Wire Rods Cutting Procedure --- TecMig Welding Electrodes OEM Manufacturing

Core rods cutting is the 1st step of welding electrodes manufacturing.

The rusts on the wire rods will be removed and pulled from dia. 5.5mm to 1.6/2.0/2.5/3.2/4.0/4.8mm and then they will be cut into 300/350/400/450mm length rods for electrodes manufacturing.

TecMig high speed cutting machine has excellent accuracy, which ensures tolerance of dia. ±0.02mm and length ±2mm.
