The characteristics of bimetal surfacing wear plates are both hardness and toughness, so under certain conditions, wear plates can be curled, but pay attention to the following points:
1. It is recommended to curl along the direction of the weld bead;
2. When curling, it is a progressive curl, slowly curling from large to small;
3. When curling, it is recommended that the wear-resistant layer should be on the inner side of the arc. If the wear-resistant layer needs to be curled outward, a large enough diameter is required;
