Welding wire features:
TM414N is an open-arc self-shielded surfacing flux-cored wire for continuous casting roll surfacing. It has excellent welding performance, beautiful shape and small spatter. The metal of the surfacing layer is chromium, molybdenum low-carbon alloy, which has high high temperature strength and excellent oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.
Scope of application:
Used for surfacing continuous caster rolls, mold foot rolls, high temperature plungers, etc.
Surfacing process:
1. Before welding, remove the oil rust on the surface of the support roller, and remove the fatigue layer.
2. The welding wire should be stored in a cool and dry place and used up in time after opening the package.
