Surfacing repair workpiece: rubber breaker roller
Welding wire model: TM521
Welding wire diameter: 2.8-4.0
Welding method: submerged arc
Welding wire features:
TM521 flux-cored wire is a wear-resistant surfacing flux-cored wire for submerged arc welding. The flux-cored welding wire has excellent welding performance, beautiful shape, and the welding efficiency is more than 3 times that of the manual welding rod.
The deposited metal is high-chromium alloy, and the metallographic structure is martensite plus alloy carbide. Because the carbide has extremely high hardness, it has excellent wear resistance of wear-resistant materials. When the wire is surfacing, fine cracks will appear, which is the result of stress release, and will not affect the normal use under low-impact industrial and mining conditions.
TM521 plays a very good wear-resisting role in the repair of grooved rolls and smooth rolls, extending the service life of the rolls.
